A short list, on purpose.

Most pet stores hand you a search box and thousands of near-identical results. We would rather carry a few things across four or five categories and be able to tell you why each one is there. If a product does not earn its place, it does not go up.

Stocked here, not shipped from abroad.

Everything we sell ships free from a warehouse inside the United States, usually arriving 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. That is a deliberate choice: we moved the whole catalogue onto US stock rather than make you wait weeks for a parcel to clear customs. Payment is handled end to end by PayPal, and everything is priced in US dollars.
