Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Pettoybox. Here is what to expect when you place an order.

Free shipping, always
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum, and no charge is added at checkout.

Where we ship from
Every item in our catalogue ships from a warehouse inside the United States. Nothing is sent from overseas, so there are no customs steps and no import charges.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 5-8 business days of being placed. That is 1-3 business days of processing plus 3-5 business days in transit, depending on your address and the carrier handling the final leg.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the carrier to begin scanning it.

If the email does not arrive
Our order emails are currently sent from vivekjoshiktm2000@gmail.com. Check your spam and promotions folders for that address, and mark it as safe so later shipping updates reach your inbox.

Delays
We work to the estimates above, but a carrier backlog or bad weather can add a day or two. Write to us and we will chase anything that runs late.
