Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If you are not, here is exactly how it works.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full - your choice. You do not need to ship the item back to us.

Changed your mind - 30-day returns
You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we will reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was damaged, faulty or wrong. Once it reaches us and we have checked it, we refund you within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please do not send anything back before contacting us - parcels sent to an unauthorised address cannot be tracked or refunded.

What we cannot accept back
Items that have been used or washed, items returned without their original packaging, and anything returned more than 30 days after delivery. For hygiene reasons, feeding mats, bowls and water dispensers can only be returned if they are unused and unopened.

Order not received
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier, including issuing a full refund if the item is confirmed lost in transit.

Cancelling an order
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched, usually a 1-3 business day window. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under the policy above.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Orders paid through PayPal are refunded to the PayPal account used at checkout. Once we process it, your bank or card issuer typically takes 5-10 business days to post the refund.
